In Memoriam: Jamie's Fish 2011-2011

My Friend Jamie bought new fish yesterday and introduced them to the tank with disastrous results which she speaks of on her blog Escaped From LA. Something must have been wrong with the water or ammonia levels because one by one they met their maker and Jamie the grim reaper scooped them up and put them into a ziploc bag. Every last fish bit the dust and the four of us there enacted an informal fish memorial performing taps on our lip trumpets and I shot the guns for the 21 gun salute; it was especially special! (say that 10 times fast) So this fish incident reminded me of Lucky the Goldfish and his emotional funeral which is displayed below and of the funeral for arty on Saved by the Bell. Arty was A.C. Slater's lizard that he left in the care of one Zachery Morris for a few days with a terminal conclusion. The funeral services are something I still remember to this day with their rendition of "Oh Arty Boy".
