Sunny Day Outfit!

You guys... I think... summer... is here!!!

Or at least, it was for today. So I took advantage of the beautiful weather to put on some summery colors!

I found these Betsey Johnson wingtip sunnies at the Rack a few weeks ago for a saweeeet deal! They remind me of the bejeweled one I wore as a kid :D

A Day in 'Dena

Hi Friends! Today was one of those days (in Southern California, at least) where Spring, even Summer was definitely in the air. Of course, I probably better appreciated such days after long, rainy winters in Seattle, but still...

We visited the Crossroads consignment shop in Pasadena for the first time... four words: HIGH WAISTED SAILOR JEANS. For $12.

Spent the evening at the Norton Simon Museum (it's free for students and has the most incredible impressionist collection I've ever seen at such a small museum)

Come Sail Away

So as I've mentioned before, I've really been digging the surge in popularity of nautical threads lately. I was perusing Modcloth like usual and found this little gem:

I think it's pretty sweet, with the fake pockets, buttons, and sailor's trim. I actually thought it was navy and white when I ordered it, but it's actually black and white -even better, more versatile! It was my first purchase on Modcloth and the customer service was wonderful, they even threw in a cute headband for free!
